Are your products brand-new or refurbished?

We only sell brand new products.

Do you have a physical store, or are you online only?

We have a warehouse where our parts are shipped from, but it is closed to the public.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time. If you need expedited shipping, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer shipping across Canada and the USA, ensuring quick and reliable delivery within these regions.

How can I track my order?

Do you offer express or overnight shipping options?

All available shipping options, including express or overnight delivery, will be displayed on the checkout screen. If you don't see an express or overnight option there, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer it for that location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At Tailored Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return any item that is not a special order, as long as it is in its original, unused condition.

Please note:

  • If the part doesn't fit because it was incorrectly ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping. 
  • If the part is returned in less than original condition, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

Can I exchange an item if I ordered the wrong one?

Yes, you can exchange an item if you ordered the wrong one, as long as it is in brand new, unused condition. However, please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your exchange promptly. If you need any assistance with the exchange process, don’t hesitate to reach out to us—we’re happy to help!

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take pictures of the outside box, the item, and the SKU. Then, contact us as soon as possible with the images, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

We’ll work quickly to either send a replacement or offer the appropriate solution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to help every step of the way!

Are there any restocking fees on returns

If the item is not in its original condition, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. We encourage you to ensure the item is in new, unused condition to avoid any fees.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once the product is returned to us, it generally takes 24-48 hours for us to inspect and process the refund. However, it could take a little longer depending on the circumstances.
